School Security Survey: Saan Puwedeng Pumasok ang Threat Bago Makalapit sa Students?

Last updated: August 29, 2026

Maayos ang main gate.

May security guard.

May CCTV.

May visitor logbook.

Perimeter → Entry Points → Identity/Visitor Control → Movement → Visibility → Monitoring → Restricted Areas → Communication → Guard Coverage → Corrective Action

Sa professional security practice, security surveys are used to assess the existing security condition, identify weaknesses, determine appropriate protection needs, and develop recommendations. Importante rin: walang universal checklist na eksaktong babagay sa lahat ng facilities, at ang formal survey should be conducted by suitably trained or qualified personnel with proper authority.

Observe → Verify → Report → Coordinate → Document → Follow Up

  • malinaw ang controlled boundary;
  • may condition na kailangang ipa-repair o i-review;
  • may area na nagiging uncontrolled dahil sa pagbabago sa campus;

The CSP Physical Security framework treats perimeter protection as part of controlling unauthorized entry and pedestrian or vehicle movement.

2. Gates at Entrances: Lahat Ba ng Entry Dumadaan sa Control?

Maganda ang main gate security.

Pero paano ang ibang authorized entrances?

School operations may involve:

  • students;
  • teachers and staff;
  • parents;
  • contractors;
  • suppliers;
  • service personnel;
  • visitors;
  • vehicles;
  • emergency responders.

Ang security question ay hindi lang:

“May gate guard ba?”

Kundi:

DepEd's current safe-learning-environment framework applies to public and private elementary and secondary schools and emphasizes protecting learners from harm, abuse, and violence. Previous DepEd safety guidance has also specifically identified measures such as security procedures at school entry, increased security visibility, and stricter guest protocols as preventive measures.

Identify → Clarify Purpose → Verify → Issue/Follow Required Access Procedure → Control Movement → Record When Required

Hindi ito tungkol sa pagdududa sa lahat.

Ito ay tungkol sa consistent verification.

Republic Act No. 11917 recognizes access control or denial and the protection of persons and property as part of private security services. Hindi nito binibigyan ang lahat ng sites ng iisang universal school-entry procedure; actual implementation still depends on applicable rules, school policy, post orders, AOR, and authorized instructions.

4. Movement Control: Pag Nakapasok, Kahit Saan Na Ba?

Successful visitor verification does not always mean unrestricted movement throughout the campus.

  • public or receiving areas;
  • student areas;
  • offices;
  • service areas;
  • restricted spaces;
  • at other controlled locations.

Access control continues after the gate when the school's approved system requires movement restrictions.

Physical-security review may include whether existing lighting and visibility support the school's actual security needs.

Ang guard can report observable conditions such as:

  • lighting that is not functioning;
  • visibility blocked by a new structure or stored material;
  • changes affecting normal observation;
  • or an area that is no longer adequately covered under the approved system.

6. CCTV: Presence ≠ Effective Coverage

May CCTV camera.

  • operational;
  • monitored according to assigned procedure;
  • maintained;
  • accessible only to authorized personnel;
  • at integrated sa actual response and reporting process.

CCTV is a supporting control.

Hindi nito pinapalitan ang:

guards + access procedure + communication + supervision + emergency plan.

At hindi rin dapat gawing public ang exact camera locations, gaps, monitor access, or sensitive footage when that information can create security or privacy risk.

7. Restricted Areas: Malinaw Ba Kung Sino Talaga ang Authorized?

School campuses may have spaces that require tighter access control.

The important security-survey questions are:

Defined ba ang area?

Current ba ang authorization?

May verification method ba?

CSP security-survey guidance specifically includes personnel identification and movement control, protective lighting, alarm and communication systems, and restricted areas among physical-security review categories.

8. Guard Coverage: May System Ba Kapag Nagbago ang Situation?

Physical barriers and electronics are only part of the system.

Security survey also looks at whether the guard force and guard system remain effective.

Practical questions include:

  • malinaw ba ang responsibilities per post;
  • may proper turnover ba;
  • ano ang coordination kapag may guard na absent;
  • sino ang responsible kapag may simultaneous concern;
  • at may backup process ba kapag normal coverage is disrupted?

Observable gaps should be reported through the authorized chain for assessment and decision.

Kaya security review should also examine whether:

  • clear ang reporting line;
  • current ang contact information;
  • working ang primary communication;
  • may authorized fallback;

This connects directly to the school's active-attack preparedness. DepEd DRRMS currently provides dedicated School Contingency Plan for Active Attacks resources, including a school playbook and contingency-plan template.

10. Ang Survey ay Walang Silbi Kung Walang Follow-Up

Ito ang critical part.

May inspection.

May nakita.

Na-report.

Tapos walang follow-up.

Incomplete ang process.

CSP security-survey guidance calls for review of findings so urgent deficiencies can be addressed, followed by another check to confirm whether recommended improvements were actually made.

Kaya mas useful ang cycle na:

Observe → Record → Assess → Assign Corrective Action → Verify Completion → Recheck

Hindi:

Observe → Report → Forget

Security Guard Quick Check

Kapag may napansin kang possible security gap:

1. Observe objectively.
Ano talaga ang nakita?

2. Huwag agad mag-conclude.
Condition ba ito, temporary issue, approved setup, o actual deficiency?

3. Verify within your role.
Check the applicable instruction or reporting line.

4. Report the condition.

5. Coordinate.
I-route sa OIC, supervisor, school administration, maintenance, or authorized person as appropriate.

6. Document when required.

7. Follow up through the proper channel.

Importanteng boundary: ang formal security survey or risk assessment is a professional/management function. Public TSTS guidance should help guards recognize and properly report observable conditions—not turn an ordinary guard into an unauthorized security consultant or publish exploitable campus weaknesses.

Tandaan

o

“Dagdagan ang CCTV.”

Mas tamang tanong:

Ano ang risk? → Ano ang existing control? → May observable gap ba? → Sino ang authorized mag-assess? → Ano ang corrective action? → Na-verify ba pagkatapos?

Sa school security:

Visible Gap → Verify → Report → Correct → Recheck

Last updated: August 29, 2026

Threat Report → Warning/Alert → Chain of Command → Protective Action → Communication → Responder Coordination → Medical Support → Accountability → Recovery → Documentation

Ang CSP emergency-planning framework emphasizes that a plan should be written, precise, specific, and clear on two basic questions: What should be done? Who will do it? It also places protection of human life as the first priority.

Hindi Lang Ito Theoretical Risk

As of August 2026, the DepEd Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Service provides dedicated School Contingency Plan for Active Attacks resources, including a school playbook, teacher guide, IEC material, and school contingency-plan template.

DepEd Order No. 006, s. 2026 also adopts guidelines aimed at protecting learners and maintaining safe and secure learning environments, covering public and private elementary and secondary schools.

Ibig sabihin, school active-attack preparedness should not depend on improvisation ng guard kapag nangyayari na ang emergency.

1. Dapat Malinaw ang Chain of Command

  • sino ang incident or emergency lead according to the school plan;
  • sino ang alternate kung unavailable ang primary person;
  • sino ang puwedeng mag-activate ng prescribed emergency actions;
  • sino ang contact ng guards;
  • at kanino magre-report kapag may conflicting instruction.

The CSP contingency-planning framework stresses management succession, designated responsibilities, and having alternates available during emergencies.

2. Dapat May Malinaw na Warning System

Kapag may threat, paano malalaman ng school community?

Maaaring gumamit ang school ng authorized:

  • alarm;
  • PA announcement;
  • radio communication;
  • internal messaging system;
  • coded emergency communication;

The CSP contingency-planning guide specifically includes an Emergency Response Team and Warning System, with provision for warning people occupying the facility when an emergency exists.

3. Dapat Malinaw Kung Kailan Lockdown, Evacuation, o Ibang Protective Action

“Kapag may armed threat, lahat palabas.”

Hindi rin dapat automatic na:

“Lahat manatili kung nasaan sila.”

Ang appropriate protective action depends on the nature and location of the threat, available safe areas or routes, the approved school contingency plan, and instructions from authorized incident leadership or responding authorities.

Halimbawa:

  • gate control;
  • keeping people away from a reported danger area;
  • assisting movement according to the approved plan;
  • controlling unnecessary entry;
  • communication relay;
  • responder access;
  • o maintaining another critical security post.

4. Dapat May Backup Kapag Bumagsak ang Communication

Ito ang madaling makalimutan.

Paano kung:

  • walang radio signal;
  • low-battery ang handheld radio;
  • unavailable ang cellular network;
  • mawalan ng kuryente;
  • hindi sumagot ang primary emergency contact?

Ang contingency plan should not depend on one communication method only.

The CSP planning framework includes communications requirements, current emergency contact information, warning systems, and designated alternates.

Dapat alam ng guard:

Primary communication → Backup communication → Alternate contact → Handoff

5. Dapat Ready ang Emergency Contacts

Critical contacts should be current and accessible according to school procedure.

Maaaring kabilang ang:

  • school emergency leadership;
  • security supervisor or OIC;
  • school DRRM personnel;
  • nearest appropriate police contact;
  • BFP;
  • medical or ambulance support;
  • 911;
  • at other authorized emergency contacts relevant to the school.

The point is not simply having phone numbers printed somewhere.

Dapat malinaw:

Sino ang tatawag?

Kailan tatawag?

Paano iko-confirm na successful ang notification?

One dangerous assumption during emergencies is:

“Akala ko may tumawag na.”

6. Dapat Malinaw ang Responder Access

Kapag dumating ang PNP, BFP, EMS, or other authorized responders, hindi dapat maging bagong problema ang pagpasok nila sa campus.

Security planning should address, according to the actual school layout and approved internal plan:

  • designated responder access;
  • who will meet or guide responders when safe;
  • how guards will identify themselves;
  • where critical school information can be obtained through authorized channels;
  • and how unnecessary people or vehicles will be kept from interfering with emergency access.

Huwag i-publish publicly ang sensitive internal security routes, protected areas, or detailed response layouts.

The plan should make those details available only to the people who legitimately need them.

7. Dapat Kasama ang Medical Coordination

Armed incidents can produce injuries even beyond direct attack—panic, falls, medical emergencies, or other complications may occur.

The CSP contingency-planning framework specifically includes medical care and welfare, first-aid preparation, and coordination with hospitals, considering their distance and capability.

Kaya dapat malinaw bago pa ang incident:

  • sino ang may first-aid responsibility;
  • sino ang tatawag ng medical assistance;
  • paano hindi haharangan ang emergency access;

8. Dapat Malinaw ang Role ng Bawat Security Post

Hindi sapat na sabihing:

“Security guards will respond.”

Mas useful ang plan kapag role-specific.

Halimbawa:

Gate Guard

Control Room
Ano ang communication, alarm, CCTV, or information-relay responsibility kung applicable?

OIC/Supervisor
Paano iko-coordinate ang guards at school emergency leadership?

Actual assignments depend on the school's approved plan, AOR, agency/client arrangement, post orders, available manpower, and risk assessment.

Republic Act No. 11917 recognizes private security services that include securing establishments, access control or denial, maintaining peace and order, and helping ensure the safety and protection of persons within secured areas. It does not establish one universal active-attack procedure for every school.

9. Dapat May Information-Control Rule

Security personnel should know the authorized process for handling sensitive information such as:

  • reported threat location;
  • learner information;
  • CCTV;
  • internal security communications;
  • responder movements;
  • casualties;
  • unverified identities;
  • and other operational details.

Isang maling group-chat forward o social-media post can create confusion, invade privacy, or expose information that should remain controlled.

Follow the school's authorized communication and media procedure.

10. Ang Drill ay Hindi Lang Para “Masabing Nag-drill”

A contingency plan needs testing.

The CSP Manual identifies testing the plan and updating the plan as separate parts of contingency planning.

After an authorized drill, practical questions include:

  • Narinig ba ang warning?
  • Na-contact ba ang intended people?
  • May conflicting instructions ba?
  • Alam ba ng guards ang roles nila?
  • May communication failure ba?
  • Na-control ba ang access?
  • May na-delay bang coordination?
  • May area o responsibility bang walang assigned person?

11. Dapat Ina-update ang Plan

Nagbabago ang school.

May:

  • bagong building;
  • renovation;
  • bagong entrance;
  • bagong security personnel;
  • bagong communication equipment;
  • bagong school leadership;
  • pagbabago sa student population;
  • pagbabago sa emergency contacts;
  • at bagong risk information.

Plan once → file → forget.

Mas tama:

Plan → Brief → Practice → Evaluate → Correct → Update → Brief Again

Quick Pre-Duty Check para sa School Security Guard

Bago ang emergency, dapat kaya mong sagutin:

1. Sino ang immediate emergency contact ko?

2. Sino ang alternate kapag unavailable siya?

3. Ano ang authorized warning or alert procedure?

4. Ano ang role ng specific post ko?

Plan → Roles → Warning → Communication → Protective Action → Coordination → Medical Support → Drill → Review

Last updated: August 28, 2026

Sabi niya:

“Guard, may nakita akong tao na parang may baril.”

Wala pang putok.

Wala pang confirmed attack.

Hindi mo rin personally nakita ang armas.

Ano ang gagawin?

Dalawang dangerous extremes ang dapat iwasan:

“Baka wala lang iyan.”

at

Receive the report → Clarify only the critical facts → Alert the school emergency chain → Control access or movement within your assigned role → Notify proper authorities when required → Follow the school's contingency plan → Document the information and actions taken.

A firearm report is a serious safety signal—but it is not yet automatic proof of an active shooter, criminal intent, or guilt.

  • May immediate threat, injury, confrontation, o threatening behavior bang na-report?

Kung ang source ay hindi firsthand:

I-record na reported information iyon.

Halimbawa:

“At approximately 9:20 AM, a teacher reported that a male individual was seen near Building B with an object believed to be a firearm.”

Ang CSP emergency-planning framework treats serious potential events as matters that require advance planning, threat assessment, warning systems, resource allocation, and clear emergency responsibilities.

Current DepEd DRRMS resources also specifically include a School Contingency Plan for Active Attacks, with a school playbook and contingency-plan resources.

Kaya kung ang report ay reasonably credible, alerting and coordination should begin before the situation has the chance to escalate.

Ano ang Role ng Security Guard?

Republic Act No. 11917 recognizes private security services involving the protection of establishments and persons, maintenance of peace and order, and access control or denial within secured areas.

Ang exact response depends on:

  • actual facts;
  • school contingency plan;
  • site SOP;
  • post orders;
  • AOR;
  • agency and client instructions;
  • assigned training;
  • available backup;
  • applicable Philippine law;

Current DepEd Order No. 006, s. 2026 — Guidelines on Ensuring a Safe and Motivating Learning Environment is addressed to public and private elementary and secondary school heads and includes school-entry security measures involving dangerous articles and firearms.

The Order provides, among other entry-security measures, procedures involving licensed firearms brought onto campus and allows denial of visitor entry for refusal to comply with prescribed security protocols.

Implement the school's designated procedure and coordinate with authorized personnel.

Kung nagiging threatening, aggressive, o unsafe ang behavior, create distance, alert the emergency chain, protect learners from the area, and request proper-authority response.

Ang unnecessary search movement can:

  • expose the guard;
  • leave another critical post unsecured;
  • create confusion;
  • interfere with school emergency actions;
  • o unintentionally move learners toward the danger.

Instead:

Alert → Coordinate → Protect → Follow the Plan.

Kung credible at potentially life-threatening ang report, activate the appropriate armed-threat or active-attack branch ng school contingency plan according to assigned authority.

Lockdown o Evacuation?

“Palabasin agad lahat.”

o

“I-lockdown agad lahat.”

The appropriate protective action depends on the school's contingency plan, location of the reported threat, available safe routes, and instructions from authorized incident leadership or responding authorities.

Kung may credible immediate threat to life, visible firearm with threatening behavior, attempted armed entry, threat of violence, o ibang circumstance requiring emergency law-enforcement response, follow the school's emergency notification procedure and contact proper authorities without unnecessary delay.

The Unified 911 Emergency Hotline currently provides nationwide access to coordinated police, fire, medical, and rescue response.

When reporting, give factual information:

Location → nature of report → description if available → last known area → injuries or threats if known → school contact point

Avoid presenting unverified information as certainty.

Practical Words sa Radio o Supervisor

Kung hindi pa confirmed:

“Control, may reported possible firearm near Building B. Information came from a teacher and is not yet independently verified. Requesting immediate supervisor and emergency-plan coordination.”

Kung may confirmed threatening behavior:

“Control, reported armed individual with threatening behavior near the north entrance. Emergency coordination requested. Learners are being kept away from the area according to assigned procedure.”

Keep radio communication short and operational.

Take the report seriously.

Pero distinction pa rin:

Confirmed firearm observation is not automatically the same as confirmed active attack.

A person may have a firearm without yet committing an attack, and the security team should not invent motive beyond the facts.

What changes is the urgency of protection and coordination.

Mas strong ang report kapag sinabi:

“The reporting person stated that a firearm was clearly visible.”

kaysa:

“Shooter na siya.”

Facts first.

Ano ang Hindi Dapat Gawin?

Huwag i-dismiss

“Bata lang ang nagsabi.”

“Baka laruan.”

“Wala namang putok.”

Source credibility and details need assessment, but serious reports should not simply disappear because they are inconvenient.

Huwag mag-accuse agad

Possible firearm report ≠ proven crime.

Huwag gumawa ng solo manhunt

The ordinary school guard should not turn a safety report into an independent tactical search operation.

Huwag mang-agaw agad ng firearm

Physical intervention involving a firearm carries serious safety and legal risks and cannot be reduced to a universal Blog instruction.

Huwag i-post sa social media

Do not upload pictures, names, CCTV screenshots, rumors, or live security information during an unresolved incident.

  • date and exact time the report was received;
  • who provided the information, according to prescribed documentation;
  • whether the information was firsthand or reported through another person;
  • general location;
  • description provided;
  • exact important words when relevant;
  • time the supervisor or school authority was notified;
  • time PNP/911 or other responder was contacted, if applicable;
  • instructions received;
  • protective action taken;
  • current status at turnover.

Do not write:

“Armed attacker entered the school.”

kung ang verified fact lang ay:

“A firearm was reported.”

Bakit Mahalaga ang Preparation Bago Pa Mangyari?

The CSP emergency-planning framework emphasizes that an emergency plan should be written, precise, specific, and clear about:

What should be done?
Who will do it?

It also identifies threat assessment, warning systems, emergency teams, testing, and updating of plans as essential preparedness elements.

  • sino ang mag-a-alert;
  • sino ang magno-notify sa PNP or 911;
  • sino ang may authority mag-activate ng school emergency procedure;
  • ano ang role ng gate guards;
  • ano ang role ng roving guards;
  • paano ilalayo ang learners sa reported danger;
  • paano papapasukin at ia-assist ang responders;
  • ano ang backup communication kapag mawalan ng radio o signal;
  • at paano ita-turnover ang records pagkatapos.

Tandaan

Huwag i-ignore.
Huwag din agad mag-conclude.

Ang practical sequence:

Receive → Clarify Critical Facts → Alert → Protect → Coordinate → Follow the School Plan → Document

Last updated: August 28, 2026

May klase.

Practical sequence:

Recognize the threat → Alert → Activate the school contingency plan → Notify and coordinate with proper authorities → Protect learners and personnel according to assigned role → Preserve information and document afterward.

Ang exact response ng guard must follow the school's approved contingency plan, post orders, agency/client procedures, assigned training, and instructions from proper authorities.

May Active-Attack Planning na Ngayon para sa Schools

Current DepEd DRRMS resources already include a School Contingency Plan for Active Attacks, together with a school playbook, teacher guide, IEC material, and contingency-plan template.

In July 2026, DepEd Region IX also directed public elementary and secondary schools in the region to develop and institutionalize contingency plans for Active Attack/Active Shooter Incidents. The regional directive states that these plans should establish coordinated procedures to safeguard learners, teaching and non-teaching personnel, and other school stakeholders before, during, and after an incident.

DepEd DRRMS — School Contingency Plan for Active Attacks

Ano ang First Move Kapag May Narinig na Putok?

1. Treat the credible threat seriously

Kung may actual gunshots, credible armed-person report, o ibang strong indication ng active attack:

Huwag agad i-dismiss bilang firecracker, prank, o misunderstanding.

Identify only what is reasonably known:

  • saan narinig o nakita;
  • anong oras;
  • may reported injuries ba;
  • may description o direction ba kung safely observed;
  • at sino ang source ng report.

Ang CSP emergency-planning principle places protection of human life, evacuation or shelter, personal protection, rescue, and relief ahead of property concerns.

3. Notify the Proper Authorities Immediately

Follow the school's emergency communication chain and contact the appropriate law-enforcement and emergency responders.

Ang report ay dapat concise at factual.

Halimbawa:

“Possible armed attack reported near Building B, second floor. Gunshots were reported at approximately 10:18 AM. School emergency procedure has been activated. Responders are requested.”

4. Lockdown o Evacuation?

Hindi dapat may automatic na sagot na:

“Lahat palabasin.”

o

“Lahat i-lockdown.”

Ang safer action depends on:

  • location ng threat;
  • location ng learners;
  • available safe routes;
  • school's approved contingency plan;
  • instructions from incident leadership or responding authorities.

Kung ang danger ay nasa labas ng isang classroom, evacuation toward that area can make the situation worse.

Kung may safe exit away from the danger at iyon ang prescribed action, evacuation may be appropriate.

The school plan—not improvisation—should define these branches.

Hindi Trabaho ng Guard na Iwan ang Lahat Para “Hanapin ang Shooter”

Security guards have a legitimate protective role.

Republic Act No. 11917 recognizes private security services that secure establishments, conduct access control or denial, ensure safety and protection of persons within secured areas, and help maintain peace and order. The law also frames private-security professionals as complementing law-enforcement authorities—not replacing them.

Any armed intervention must depend on the immediate facts, applicable law, training, assigned authority, school contingency plan, post orders, agency policy, and coordination with responding authorities.

This article does not prescribe armed confrontation tactics.

Kapag Dumating ang PNP o Other Responders

  • keep the emergency access route clear;
  • provide the reported location;
  • relay known changes;
  • identify relevant buildings or areas;
  • provide useful school-layout information through authorized channels;
  • comply immediately with responder instructions.

Kung armed ang security personnel, lalo nang mahalagang sumunod agad sa commands ng responding law-enforcement personnel at malinaw na ma-identify bilang school security according to established procedures.

Sa chaotic shooting incident, responders may not initially know who everyone is.

Protect Information Too

Avoid publicly sharing:

  • exact hiding locations ng learners;
  • live movements of responders;
  • sensitive security-camera views;
  • unverified attacker identities;
  • names of injured students before authorized notification;
  • tactical details that could endanger people still inside.

The emergency-plan principle is coordinated communication—not uncontrolled information sharing.

The CSP contingency-planning framework also emphasizes warning systems, communication, coordination with outside agencies, medical care, and controlled public information during emergencies.

Pagkatapos Ma-control ang Immediate Threat

Kapag responders have taken control and the school begins recovery:

Preserve the scene

Huwag basta:

  • pulutin ang firearm;
  • hawakan ang cartridge cases;
  • galawin ang damaged objects;
  • linisin ang affected area;
  • o payagang dumami ang taong pumapasok.

Kung may immediate life-saving reason, safety naturally comes first.

Otherwise, protect the area and turn it over to proper authorities.

Preserve relevant records

Depending on proper authorization:

  • CCTV records;
  • access logs;
  • visitor records;
  • radio logs;
  • alarm records;
  • gate records;
  • emergency calls;
  • names or roles of persons notified;
  • incident timeline.

Preservation does not mean conducting your own criminal investigation.

Ano ang Dapat Isulat ng Guard?

After the emergency, document only what you personally observed, received, reported, and did.

Weak:

kung hindi mo personally verified all those details.

Better:

“At approximately 10:18 AM, I heard several loud sounds resembling gunshots from the direction of Building B. At approximately 10:19 AM, a teacher reported through radio that an armed individual had been seen near the second-floor corridor. I notified the duty supervisor and the school's emergency procedure was activated. The information was subsequently relayed to responding authorities.”

Clear ang:

Personal observation → Reported information → Action → Coordination

  • emergency notification chain;
  • alternate communication method;
  • lockdown and evacuation responsibilities;
  • responder access;
  • emergency contact information;
  • learner and visitor movement control;
  • reunification or release procedures;
  • post-to-post coordination;
  • after-action reporting.

Ang CSP emergency-planning framework emphasizes written, precise, specific plans; assigned responsibilities; warning systems; medical coordination; outside-agency cooperation; drills/testing; and periodic updating.

Schools Are Supposed to Be Safe Spaces

DepEd's National Policy Framework on Learners and Schools as Zones of Peace establishes safety and security of learners, personnel, and schools as a core policy objective.

DepEd has also reiterated that, as a general rule, schools should be free from armed combatants, and government armed-force protection units, when needed, should be positioned proximate to—not inside—the school.

DepEd Order No. 32, s. 2019 — Learners and Schools as Zones of Peace

Tandaan

Recognize → Alert → Activate the Plan → Coordinate → Protect Life → Support Responders → Preserve → Document
